University Fitness Tips!

  1. Find a workout partner. There is nothing more motivational to me than having someone going through the struggle with you. 

  2. Wear comfortable gear.

  3. Go to your school's fitness center.

  4. Make a routine.

  5. Take breaks. This also means during sessions. 

  6. Set a realistic time sensitive goal. 

  7. Join a team or club. 

  8. Find workout classes outside of school1

  9. Make an event out of it!

  10.  Make a playlist.
