University Health Tips!

  1. Watch the alcohol intake. 

  2. Find the time. 

  3. Get enough sleep. 

  4. Maintain balance. 

  5. Have fun with it! 

  6. Don't let a rough patch get you down. 

  7. Start small, think big.

  8. Try to limit your stress (even though it's hard)

  9. Try to have a vegetable with every meal.

  10. Drink enough water! 

  11. Meditation 

  12. Give yourself a break 

  13. Get outside at least once a day
